Settings: letterhead, logo, time zone, display
Open ⚙️ Settings at the bottom of the sidebar:
- Clinic name, doctor name, degree, registration no., address, contact — shown in the sidebar, the header and printed on every prescription.
- Clinic Logo — appears on the letterhead (JPG/PNG/WebP, shrunk to fit).
- Time Zone — defaults to Indian Standard Time (Asia/Kolkata). Change it only if your clinic works in another zone; today's reports and visit times follow this.
- Visit Forms — hide billing/lab fields you never use.
- WhatsApp Patient Group — paste your group's invite link once; after each save the patient's WhatsApp opens with the join link ready to send.
- Secondary display — mirror today's waiting list on a second monitor.
