Cannot sign in

  1. Check Caps Lock; usernames are lowercase.
  2. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page — a reset link goes to the account's email (valid 30 minutes).
  3. "Account suspended" → ask the administrator to re-enable the account (Doctor Accounts page).
  4. Signed in on another device? Sessions are single-device — the older one is signed out.
  5. Still stuck → generate a support report below and send it.

On a standalone installation you can also double-click collect-diagnostics.bat in the installation folder — it writes the same report to a file.
