Add a patient (single or family)

  1. Sidebar → Add Patient.
  2. Choose Individual for one person, or Family to create a family first and add its members.
  3. Fill the form and save. The app assigns a patient ID like p12 (family members get p12m2 = member 2 of family 12) — use it in the top search box any time.

A patient must exist before you can record a visit for them.
